This book is THE guide to have if you have a child with ADHD anywhere in Latin America. It has examples of cultural bias towards the condition and what to do to combat those, in ways that other books that deal with children in the USA do not. Latin ( and Puertorrican in particular)culture has its own... kink... that not all researchers and professionals are aware of or know how to deal with. Dr. Bauermaister has hit the nail on the head with this one. Highly recommended.
